Perforation-bending lines using metal in a roll as a billet allow perforation, molding and bending to be carried out in one technological flow, obtaining a finished part at the output. The thickness of the material is from 0.5 to 5 mm. The punching unit operates on the principle of revolver-coordinate presses, where the operation of each tool is programmed. A tool of the Thick type is used, which simplifies the implementation of the line where coordinate-punching presses are already used. The bending unit uses the principle of bending with a rotary beam.
